How it works


1: Choose your product

We offer subscriptions for all of our meal kit products. You can update your subscription and change to a different kit at any time.


2: Subscribe and save

Just hit the monthly subscription option before you add your chosen product to your basket and check out as normal. The discount applies automatically and lasts as long as you're subscribed.


3: Unbox Boojum each month!

You’ll now receive a Boojum meal kit delivered straight to your door each month. One less thing to worry about, eh?

Once your subscription is active, you’ll receive a reminder email from us three days before your subscription is due to renew.

We’ll then automatically place an order for you on the anniversary of the date your subscription started, and you’ll receive your meal kit on the next available delivery day after the order is placed.

Please note that we only ship Tuesday-Friday, so if your subscription renewal date falls over the weekend you won’t receive your meal kit until Tuesday of the following week.


Can I change or update my subscription?


Yup! You can change your subscription date, pause, reactivate or cancel your subscription at any time in just a few clicks via our Customer Portal.

You can also update your subscription details to deliver to a new address or swap to a different meal kit if you fancy a change. Pretty neat, huh?

Your order is placed on the anniversary of the date you start the subscription on, so if you started on 15th September your next order will be placed on 15th October. Your meal kit will then be prepped, dispatched and delivered to you on the next available delivery day.



You can change, update, pause, cancel or renew your subscription at any time by visiting the Customer Portal. Simply log in and update your details at any time, as it suits you.

When your subscription renews, an order will be placed in our system automatically on your behalf. You’ll then receive confirmation of your order, plus tracking information from our courier partner straight to your email inbox or phone messages.
